Mercy Johnson disclosed this in a behind-the-scenes video she posted on her Instagram page, with the cast expressing excitement as they welcomed the veteran actress.
According to her, the star-studded movie features a seasoned cast, including; Mike Godson, Mercy Johnson, Evia Simon, Ozioma Maurice, and George Inaibeh, among others.
Liz Benson, pleasantly surprised by the warm reception from her colleagues, expressed, “It’s heartwarming to see all the prominent figures in Nollywood gathered here. You all are making remarkable strides; may God bless you. It’s a pleasure to finally meet you all in person.”

Liz Benson, aged 58 and originally from Etinan, Akwa Ibom in southern Nigeria, began her acting career at the tender age of five in 1971. However, she gained widespread recognition after her portrayal of Agnes Johnson in the television soap opera “Fortunes” on NTA in 1993. Benson soared to fame in the 1990s with appearances in several iconic movies, establishing herself as a household name during the early years of Nollywood.
Among the renowned movies she appeared in are “Glamour Girls,” “True Confession,” “Diamond Rings,” “Scores to Settle,” “Evil Men 1 and 2,” “Conspiracy,” and “Dead End,” among others.
Prior to her comeback to Nollywood, Benson openly shared that she had embraced Christianity and now serves as a full-time ordained minister, passionately spreading the gospel.
