During a recent interview with Tribune Newspaper, Eniola Ajao was questioned about the rumors surrounding her and her fellow actor. She clarified that Odunlade has always been like family to her, a dynamic that existed long before her rise to stardom.
“Wherever you find yourself, ensure your presence makes a positive impact. Demonstrate your support for others. I’ve consistently offered my assistance to Odunlade Adekola Films productions, even before I gained recognition. I’ve been part of the industry since 2003, but my breakthrough came in 2010/2011, largely due to his influence. So whenever he needs assistance, I’m ready to lend a hand. I’m not bothered by what anyone may say.”
She further explained that her support for him is reciprocated by the support he has shown her
He has consistently supported my career, and likewise, I’ve always backed his endeavors. Even in his family matters, I stand by him. These aspects of our relationship aren’t showcased online, but their absence on social media doesn’t diminish their significance. People may speculate, but it doesn’t necessarily reflect reality,” she remarked.
“I’m not the only one under Odunlade Adekola’s wing, but I value familial bonds deeply. If you extend a hand to me, I’ll ensure to reciprocate tenfold. That’s just who I am. So when Odunlade is involved in projects, I’m always there to lend my support. Hence, to outsiders, it may appear as if we’re romantically involved…But let me be clear, he has never made any advances towards me,” she concluded.
